Herself Again was created as a space to pause, reconnect and gently come back to centre. Combining evidence-informed knowledge with compassion and understanding, Nicola supports women to restore balance and reconnect with their sense of self through nurturing naturopathic treatment and womb massage.

Treatment plans are practical, achievable and tailored to meet women where they’re at to support lasting change without adding to the mental load.
