Womb Massage
Womb massage is a gentle abdominal and sacral therapy that has been used for centuries to support women in reconnecting with their bodies. Through respectful, intentional and nurturing touch, it supports circulation within the pelvis, encourages nervous system regulation and fosters a deeper sense of balance and connection.
Sessions may also incorporate gentle emotional release pressure pointing, working with areas of stored tension in a supportive and considered way to encourage both physical and emotional softening.
Each treatment is completed with rebozo wrapping, or “closing the bones”, a grounding ceremonial practice that allows the body to feel held, supported and restored, leaving you feeling more settled and connected within yourself.
